I've been taking a long break from online activity recently. It wasn't even planned. I didn't think I needed a break, but unintentionally I had one anyway. Although the school vacation's here, I think I shall still be taking a break from my online life regardless.
Now that I'm this close to graduating, I need to plan what's going to happen next in my life. I already have a list of universities I want to apply to, and there are many things I want to learn while I've the time during this vacation.
So I'll be on a break, but I'll be back.

There's no telling when my webhost will clear things up, so I decided to blog over here, temporarily. It uses Textpattern, which I've always wanted to experiment with. I can import the posts into WordPress once I get my stuff back anyway.

You know you're overloaded with work when you realise that there are tens of gigabytes of downloaded movies & dramas left unwatched in your hard drive. Normally I'll be waiting for them to finish downloading, but now they seem to be downloaded faster than I can watch them. I don't even have to try resisting the temptation to watch them; the amount of work I have doesn't give me the time for that.

I've been having trouble transferring files with Trillian, so I've been trying out Gaim. It's fantastic! It works like Trillian, but it uses GTK+2.0 and is compatible with even more networks, like Jabber & Napster. The plugins are pretty good too. I'm looking into the smiley themes available right now. Give Gaim a try if you need a change from Trillian!

My domain has been down for about a week or so, darned it. I want to switch hosts as soon as the server goes back up & I get my stuff back. Anyone with a reseller who has space to host me, I'll be interested.
