Jumping onto the bandwagon

Posted by jannah at 07:18 PM on September 14, 2003.

I've decided to jump onto the Tabulas bandwagon! And I'm loving this neat thing, with all its features. The interface of the control panel is easy to navigate, so I've just gone exploring the cool little tools that come along with my Tabula.

Not quite sure

Posted by jannah at 01:01 AM on September 17, 2003.

Still not quite sure what I'm going to do with this little blog. I really, really like the features though. Maybe I should talk other people into signing up...

My first avatar!

Posted by jannah at 12:04 AM on September 21, 2003.

Look what I made for myself at Pika Pika Avatars!
Of course, there were no skins with veil-covered heads, so I had to make do with a close representation of what my hair looks like under the tudung - messy. Heh.
At least the clothes are those I'd actually wear in real life!

I am Dirty Jenny Rackham

Posted by jannah at 08:51 PM on September 21, 2003.

Pirates seem to be the in thing nowadays, huh? What with Survivor - Pearl Islands, Sinbad - Legend of the Seven Seas, Pirates of the Caribbean. I just took the What's My Pirate Name? quiz, and my pirate name is:

Dirty Jenny Rackham
You're the pirate everyone else wants to throw in the ocean -- not to get rid of you, you understand; just to get rid of the smell. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames for a pirate. Arr!

Messy English

I read this on Daynah's Tabulas & found it rather interesting:

The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by it slef but the wrod as a wlohe.

Another avatar

Posted by jannah at 10:09 PM on September 23, 2003.

I just made myself another avatar with Pika Pika Avatars. Heh. I better beware before I get addicted to these things.
The army-print jacket worn by mini-me is actually part of the male tops in the avatar set. Hee. Wish I had a jacket like that though. By the way, one of *my* eyes is closed because that's supposed to be a wink.
